Odysseus program kicks off

Odysseus anchors the Brainport approach to entrepreneurial, tech and design thinking in your organizations through Challenge Based Learning – learning based on your challenges, your projects- in practice.

The High Tech Campus for technology and entrepreneurship and Strijp as the front for the social and commercial value of design.

Odysseus connects and stimulates knowledge division

In this way, we connect to national initiatives such as the Dutch Design Week, and we create a place within the Startup Eco System. Community building is an integral focus point, as it strengthens innovation and is one of the key success factors of the Brainport region.

The program consists of 5 modules

Each module concludes with an evaluation to learn directly and further strengthen the program where necessary.

After successfully completing the modules, the graduation

The participants present their work in a TEDx like setting to the management and board of the Water Boards. This is followed by the graduation ceremony with a final gala dinner.

Collaboration is the basis of Odysseus

Through a protected, online platform, participants can share knowledge and assignments with each other, interact with each other and facilitate the knowledge network.

Linking to practice is crucial

All participants work during the programme from their own project, individually and/or in a team context. These assignments are strengthened with specific expertise from the Brainport with the aim of finding new insights and solutions.

In January we will start with about 10 water board professionals who will realize their own projects and gain a lasting learning experience along the way of practice interspersed with expert sessions.
